Giveaway Terms & Conditions Giveaway Prize: The winner will receive an event package valued at $1,000, which includes a styling consultation, digital mock-up, delivery, and GST. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and must be accepted as awarded. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to individuals who enter at our market stall during the promotional period. The event must be hosted within the Penrith Local Government Area (LGA). Event Date: The prize event must be scheduled to take place within 12 months from the draw date, no later than 18th November 2025. Failure to meet this deadline will result in forfeiture of the prize. Location Restriction: The event must be hosted within the Penrith LGA. Additional travel fees may apply if the location is outside this area, subject to prior agreement and availability. Late Bump Out Fee: A Late Bump Out Fee will apply if items require collection after 6:00 pm on the day of the event. This fee covers the additional logistical and staffing requirements for evening collection. To avoid this fee, we offer the option of next-day collection, provided that all items can be securely stored overnight. Items must be left in an indoor, dry, and secure location to ensure their protection. Please note that if next-day collection is not feasible or the storage conditions do not meet these requirements, the Late Bump Out Fee will remain applicable. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries at the end of the promotional period and notified via contact information provided at entry. The winner has seven days to claim the prize; otherwise, a new winner may be selected. Rescheduling: If the winner’s event needs to be rescheduled, it must fall within the 12-month eligibility period ending 15th November 2024 and is subject to availability. Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, government restrictions), Ivory Stone Collective reserves the right to reschedule the event or offer credit towards a future date within the policy limits. Liability: Ivory Stone Collective is not liable for any damages, injuries, or incidents arising from third-party vendors or client-provided elements incorporated into the event. Marketing/Promotional: by entering this giveaway you give permission for Ivory Stone Collective to send promotional and marketing emails.
